An authentic Carignano, rich in aromas and structure, aged without any time in oak to bring out the best in the wine whilst remaining true to the grape variety and the terroir.
The Carignano grapes produce a delicate and refined rosé. Low-temperature fermentation and batonnage enhance its aromas and structure.
